How often do we think that, when born, first we breathe, then we sing and finally we speak? Babies cry after their 1st breath… their first sounds resemble long-winded musical tunes…maaa…. muuuu… and later they start speaking words and phrases. The human need for singing is innate, as it causes happiness and relief.
And that’s how we get to Voice Healing! Vocal sounds as a healing instrument resonate within our body, allowing for a constant interaction of biochemicals and cell receptors. Sound is actually a form of energy and, like any energy, can affect how cell receptors receive information. Sound waves influence our neuropeptides, the brain chemicals that act as couriers between the mind and the immune system.
Having that in mind we begin to understand why sound vibrations are important tools for healing.
By practicing a set of appropriate breathing exercises based on the Buteyko method, YogaYourVoice trainees learn to manage their sound -voice and advance their communication skills. They discover the true color of their voice. Their speech reflects stability, self-confidence and effortless flow, stimulating the discusser’s interest. Combining breathing, vocal vibrations and frequencies, the trainees are oxygenated, the cleaning of their chakras is achieved, resulting in the reduction of stress, improvement of the quality of sleep and of the digestive system, their concentration is increased and so does their metabolism. At the same time, their authentic voice emerges, its power is strengthened and the secretion of dopamine and serotonin increases.
The courses are held online and live and their duration is 30′ or 60′. It is suggested that they take place once a week, without being binding. The frequency and duration are entirely up to the trainee. Book your free 30’ trial now.
The practice includes Voice Healing, Toning, Scream Therapy and other techniques, as described in the Voice as a Self Defense Tool section.
